INITIALIZATION

  • Kick-off meeting with tenant and project team
  • Approval of the tenant’s project team
  • Tenant review of design criteria manual
  • Forms

Design

  • Tenant to submit a design concept
  • Review & approval of concept and design
  • Submission of detailed design including work programme
  • Review & approval of detailed design
  • Forms

MOBILIZATION

  • Approval of the tenant contractor
  • Issuance of the landlord’s compliance notice by the authorities 
  • Tenant obtains building permit from authorities 
  • Payment of insurance and security deposit
  • Mobilisation meeting
  • Tenant submits procurement programme and works
  • Acceptance of the premises

Delivery

  • Joint inspection and access to site granted for start of development work
  • Pre-inspection for ceiling closure and site sealing
  • Joint inspection for completion of development
  • Owner to issue a compliance notice for connection to public utilities.

COMPLETION

  • The tenant must obtain all approvals from the relevant authorities
  • The tenant must settle any outstanding payments
  • Permission to trade in food
  • Closing of licences
  • The opening of the restaurant
  • Permission to have an extraction (hood).
